Oh god, I've really taken to this craft thing with a mad passion, and I blame it all on MLP (seriously, I need to finish this damn thesis - stop getting in the way, ponies). I swear I'm intermittently doing non-pony art, but it's too crap to show. I mean, more than usual. UPCOMING PLUSHIES, etc. Firefly with poseable wings - completed! Next up - a musically themed cushion cover featuring Jiji the cat from Kiki's Delivery Service! Later in the year - Domino Dapple: my own stallion character, a skewbald cream, black and brown Earth pony with a bi-colour oak tree with domino spot details for a cutie mark. It happened about a month ago, but hey, I graduated from uni. I was doing a BA in English Lit (have been for three years), and I came out with a first (and some cheesecake). The graduation ceremony itself was very surreal (had to spend a couple of hours walking around in a big floaty black gown feeling both rather accomplished and a bit like the love child of Batman and Harry Potter) but enjoyable nonetheless. One of the more surreal things was finding out from the ceremony program that I'd won two prizes. I had no idea before the day that I'd got them, and could only look at the vice-chancellor (he of the shaking of the hands) sorta blankly
